Following on from yesterdays post, I can confirm that making the changes to the timeout settings have had the desired effect and the deletion service is running again. It took a good 12 minutes to run and thus we will be monitoring the running time to adjust the timeout, just in case it bites us in the back, it can't be good to have a timeout of 24 hours :), I imagine, but I suspect that 30 seconds won't be enough either, we'll see.
