Another happy day messing about with ADFS, another day I needed this, so here it goes:
https://<ADFS FQDN>/adfs/ls/IdpInitiatedSignon.aspx
where <ADFS FQDN> is the FQDN of your ADFS server or VIP's DNS entry.
