A short and sweet objective this one:
Start Virtual Machines:
virsh start domain
Stop Virtual Machines:
virsh shutdown domain - This initiates a shutdown, so it may take a while for the machine to go down.
virsh destroy domain - This is equivalent to disconnecting the electricity supply from the server and thus it is immediate.
